CLEAN EATING

The problem is that while we know we need to eat nutritious food; we don’t make time for it. But, when we skimp on our dietary priorities—eating on the run, snacking on junk food, and drinking caffeinated beverages to keep us going, we compromise our health.

Not eating properly or eating quickly and in a state of stress often leads to stomach aches, constipation and other digestive problems.

Making time every day to eat nutritious foods can help you kick those gastrointestinal conditions that keep you down.

EXERCISE

Exercise is another one of those aspects of our lives that we often push off until later, however “later” never arrives.

The many hats we wear as women mean that our days are busy. Pushing off exercise usually results in no exercise. Yet, at the same time, we see many correlations between the lack of exercise and the onset of digestive problems.

Exercise increases the flow of blood throughout your body, including your digestive system. If you slow down physically, your digestive tract will slow down too. The result is constipation, bloating, stomach cramps, heartburn and other digestive disorders.

You don’t have to spend hours in the gym.

Commit as much time as you can.

Exercise at home.

Do what you enjoy.

Make it a habit.
